Our otoshimi is produced in a hygienic manner which only fresh fish are used.
The head and guts are removed, the fish flesh is separated from skin and bone in order to produce high quality of minced fish.

Our frozen fish sausage is made up of fresh minced fish from our own factory.
With sago and seasoned with salt and sugar, we produce fish sausage that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside when cooked.
